Ankle bursitis
Soft tissue swelling on lateral aspect of ankle. There is also a calcaneal spur.

A well-defined collection with echoes is noted overlying lateral malleolus. Thin wall is noted. Lesion is compressible. Vascularity is seen in wall.
Case Discussion
The findings are compatible with ankle bursitis.
