Widening of the medial ankle gutter and lateral talar dome tilt.
Avuslion fracture of the malleloar tertius (posterior mallelous).
Proximal fibular fracture showing bone displacment (Maisonneuve fracture)
Spotty scattered periarticular small lucent foci, likely representing disuse osteoporosis
