Internal fixation of the medial mallelous by two metallic screws.

Widening of the medial ankle gutter and lateral talar dome tilt.

Avuslion fracture of the malleloar tertius (posterior mallelous).

Proximal fibular fracture showing bone displacment (Maisonneuve fracture)
