Presentation
Known urolithiasis presented through ER with left flank pain.
Patient Data

Borderline cardiac size.
No focal lung lesions or pleural effusion.
Ankylosis of the thoracic spine.

Left-sided ureteric stent. Multiple bilateral renal stones of variable sizes, the largest in the left lower pole, measuring 1.5 cm.
Contiguous diffuse vertebral ankylosis and ligamentous ossification, giving the appearance of a bamboo spine as well as central spinal ossification with a dagger sign.
Ankylosis of both sacroiliac joints.
Case Discussion
Radiographs were obtained due to a history of renal colic and demonstrated multiple kidney stones.
Incidentally visualised features of ankylosing spondylitis.
