The dense vertical line in the midline caused by ossification of interspinous and supraspinous ligaments; It is referred to as the Dagger sign

Marginal syndesmophytes along the lower thoracic and lumbar spine causing fusion (ankylosis) of vertebrae. The resulting appearance of the spine is referred to as Bamboo spine
