Known case of ankylosing spondylitis diagnosed 7 years ago. Bilateral hip pain and lower back pain.

Patient Data

Age: 20
Gender: Male

There is haziness of bilateral sacro-iliac joint articular margins with subchondral sclerosis.

There is reduction of bilateral hip joint space with marginal osteophytes and subchondral cysts.

Case Discussion

A known case of ankylosing spondylitis (diagnosed 7 years ago) shows typical pelvic radiographic findings.
