bilateral symmetrical ankylosis of the sacroiliac joint.
ossification of anterior and posterior longitudinal ligaments.
ossification of the interspinous ligament giving a "dagger spine" appearance.
vertebral body squaring associated with ankylosis of the intervertebral discs as well as the apophyseal and costovertebral joints.
diffuse syndesmophytic ankylosis giving a "bamboo spine" appearance.
enthesopathy at the symphysis pubis.
arthritic changes of both hip joints, more marked on the left side.
arthritic changes at sternocalvicular and acromclavicular points on both sides.

bilateral coracoclavicular pseudoarthroses.
