Erosions at the corners of lumbar vertebral bodies (Romanus lesions- shiny corner sign)
Diffuse syndesmophytic ankylosis gives a "bamboo spine" appearance along the dorsal spine.
Evidence of ossification of the anterior longitudinal ligament.
Vertebral bodies' height and marrow signal are normal.
Increased curvature of the thoracic spine (kyphosis).
Case Discussion
The features are suggestive of ankylosing spondylitis.
