Typical features of ankylosing spondylitis with squaring of the vertebral bodies, marginal syndesmophytes and bony fusion of posterior elements mainly at the lumbar region, giving the appearance of a "bamboo spine".
A radiodense line on the frontal view along the spinous processes related to ossification of the supraspinous and interspinous ligaments (dagger sign).
Almost complete ankylosis of the sacroiliac joints grade IV according to the sacroiliitis grading (New York criteria).
