Incidental findings on scout view and coronal/sagittal CT images include a dagger sign of the spine which is a result of ossification of interspinous and supraspinous ligaments.
Case Discussion
The dagger sign is an imaging feature seen in ankylosing spondylitis as single central radiodense line related to ossification of supraspinous and interspinous ligaments.
