Multilevel decreased disc height and hydration more noticeable at L4-5 level with diffuse disc bulge minimally indenting the thecal sac, bilateral facet joint arthropathy/effusion was noted albeit with no significant central canal stenosis, the bulging disc indent the inferior aspect of both exit foramen at this level.
Linear T2-high signal intensity zone seen at the peripheral aspect of L4-5 disc.

Case Discussion
Annular fissure of concentric orientation seems to involve all annular layers, however, no frank disc extrusion is seen.
