CT scan shows pancreatic tissue that surrounds almost completely the second part of duodenum. There is no peripancreatic nodule or mass.

Pancreatic tissue that surrounds almost completely the second part of duodenum.
Case Discussion
This case shows an incomplete annular pancreas, a morphological anomaly which can cause duodenal obstruction. The patient on this case has no gastrointestinal complaints.
