Presentation

History of 2 pile surgeries, after which the patient complained of uncontrollable passage of feces from the vagina.

Patient Data

Age: 30 years old
Gender: Female

Large thick walled ano-vaginal fistulous tract communicating the anal canal (about 3.8 cm from the anal verge) and the lower vagina, it measures about 1.7 cm in length & 6 mm in width, it's seen filled by fluid signal and signal void air locules. 

Non uniform polypoid mural thickening of the anal canal and lower rectum as well as the posterior lower vaginal wall being distended by fluid signal and air locules, multiple enlarged peri-rectal lymph nodes, could represent inflammatory changes.

Right corpus luteum cyst (Incidental finding).

Mild pelvic collection.
