Interscapular chest pain. Aortic dissection?

Patient Data

Age: 45 years
Gender: Male

No aortic dissection.

Incidental anomalous course of the left coronary artery, which passes between the right ventricular outflow tract and the ascending aorta.

Case Discussion

Although not a gated study dedicated for assessment of the coronary arteries, anomalous coronary artery courses can nonetheless be identified incidentally on non-gated CT.
