A Turbo- flash protocol with low dose radiation and low dose contrast media (30 cc) has been performed without the usage of IV beta blockers.Image quality: GoodNative coronary arteries:

Origin: There is evidence of anomalous single ostium arising from the right coronary cusp giving branches to both the right coronary artery as well as toand left main.  Absent ostium of the left main with absent ostium fromform its normal origin in the left coronary cusp. The long left main is travellingappears long, traveling to the left side from an atypical origin as mentioned before running in a malignant course between the ascending aortic root and the right ventricular outflow tract (malignant course).

Dominance: RCA.

LMS: Abnormal origin following malignant course as mentioned before, but Patentpatent.

LAD: There is evidence of wall calcification in theits proximal LADportion but otherwise the vessels appears patent.

D1: Patent.

LCx: PatentOM1.

OM: Patent.

RCA: There is evidence of minimal wall irregularity and ectasia in theits proximal RCAportion with a small spot of calcification but not resulting in any significant stenosis. There is also evidence of minimal ectasia in its proximal portion.

PDA and PLB: Patent.
