There is an elliptical shaped hypodense ( HU is - 110) homogenous well-circumscribed mass located between the right internal oblique and transverse abdominous muscles, most probably intermuscular lipoma.
Lipoma is a common mesenchymal benign tumor, mostly located in subcutaneous tissues. Intra and intermuscular lipomas are less common the former type. Lipoma usually grows by expansion and enclosure of other structures rather than infiltration.
