History of fall few days ago that is followed by severe headache

Patient Data

Age: 75 years
Gender: Female

There is an extra-axial mass abutting the left anterior clinoid process. It shows a few focal calcifications within.

There is an extra-axial, enhancing lesion arising from the left anterior clinoid process. The mass has a broad dural base and an enhanced dural tail (dural tail sign). It measures 2.5 x 2.4 x 2.1 cm in its maximum dimensions. The lesion abuts the lateral aspect of the supraclinoid portion of the left internal carotid artery.
