Axial C+ arterial phase
A male patient presented 3 weeks back with frontal lobe acute cerebral bleed with interventricular extension who underwent follow up CTA which revealed lobulated an anterior communicating artery saccular aneurysm.
A normal variant of the ACA noted which shows a hypoplastic right A1 segment and the aneurysm pointing away from the dominant left A1 segment.
Another normal variant, in this case, is fetal origin of the posterior cerebral artery.
