complete rupture of the ACL tendon with complete fiber discontinuity and a hyperintesne ACL mid portion
bone contusion in the lateral femoral condyle
there is no joint effusion nor associated Segond fracture
reduced PCL angle due to buckling of PCL
there is no anterior drawer sign
