Anterior cruciate ligament tear - complete

Non-visualization of the ACL fibers indicative of complete tear. Posterior horn medial meniscus tear is seen as well.
Case Discussion
MRI of the knee joint demonstrates non-identification of the normal expected ACL fibers in keeping with complete full thickness tear. Associated torn posterior horn of the medial meniscus.
