Presentation
Right shoulder deformity and pain after trauma.
Patient Data

The humeral head is inferiorly and medially displaced below coracoid process, consistent with anterior dislocation of the shoulder (subcoracoid).
Reduction was done successfully in the ER under conscious sedation. Arm sling with immobilizer applied.

Normal alignment of the humeral head after closed reduction.
Osseous defect in the posterolateral aspect of the humeral head, in keeping with Hill-Sachs defect.

A separated triangular cartilaginous fragment from the anterior glenoid without glenoid fracture, representing cartilaginous Bankart lesion.
Osseous defect in the posterolateral aspect of the humeral head with underlying bone marrow oedema, in keeping with Hill-Sachs defect.
Oedematous changes of coracohumeral and superior glenohumeral ligaments, suggestive of rotator interval injury.
Minimal glenohumeral joint effusion.
Case Discussion
Typical appearance of an anterior shoulder dislocation (subcoracoid type) which was successfully reduced, with Bankart and Hill-Sachs lesions and rotator interval injury.
