Small well-defined midline extra-cranial subgaleal cystic lesion over the anterior fontanelle eliciting a low signal on T1 with area of intermediate signal centrally and high signal on T2, suppressed on coronal T1 fat sat with no enhancement seen. No communication with the underlying intracranial structures. Patent dural venous sinuses.
Normal appearance of the posterior cranial fossa and cerebral hemispheres.
