A bony defect of the posterolateral aspect of the humeral head is consistent with a Hill-Sachs defect,
Deficient anteroinferior glenoid labrum with labral detachment and possible periosteal stripping with medial displacement. This may represent a Perthes lesion.
Subcoracoid bursa measuring about 10 x 25 mm.
Acromion type II.
Case Discussion
Hill-Sachs defect with a deficiency of the anteroinferior glenoid labrum, which is possibly a Perthes lesion but without effusion or direct arthrography, it is difficult to be certain.
