Case Discussion
The AICA is a branch of basilar artery that courses through the CPA posterolaterally to supply the anterior to middle parts of the cerebellum and inferolateral pons. Labyrinthine artery is a branch of the AICA.
Chavda classification of AICA loop, classified AICA loop occupying no more than 50% of IAC as type II.
