There is large amount of joint effusion.
There is an area of bony depression with surrounding bone marrow oedema at the upper posterolateral aspect of the humeral head denoting Hill-Sachs lesion.
There is tearing of the anterior labrum with infero-medial displacement of the anterior labrum suggesting ALPSA lesion.
