Unilateral closure of left coronal suture suggesting unilateral left sided anterior plagiocephaly.
No depressed skull fracture.
Case Discussion
This is a case of a 2 month old infant presenting with head asymmetry.
On brain CT scan you can clearly see the early closure of the left coronal suture which explains the patients complaint.
