Anterior process of calcaneum fracture is not well visualized on the foot radiographs.
Case Discussion
A nice example of an anterior process of calcaneum fracture which is commonly missed fracture following ankle inversion injury. This is, therefore, an important check area on lateral ankle radiographs.
