Presentation
Constipation, pain during defecation and feeling of incomplete evacuation.
Patient Data

Mild inferior decent of anorectal junction is seen beyond pubococcygeal line on defecation phase (M-line 41mm, H-line 76mm).
Urethral sphincter opens up with urethra appearing shortened, horizontal and dilated on defecation.
Uterus is anteverted and appears normal in size, outline and signal intensity.
Possible tiny seedling myoma seen in anterior wall.
Cervix is unremarkable, except for tiny nabothian cysts.
Case Discussion

Mildinferior decent of anorectal junction is seen beyond pubococcygeal line on defecation phase.
Urethral sphincter opens up with urethra appearing shortened, horizontal and dilated on defecation consistent with urethral hypermobility.
