Gender: Male

Lungs clear.

Right anterior shoulder dislocation.

A FRCR 2b rapids classic and a pretty common everyday life radiograph.

Always check the film edges.   You feel a wally later if you have missed it.

The reality is these patient's usually have a shoulder series too, but if its there report it.
