Anteromedial displacement of the humerus in keeping with an anterior shoulder dislocation.
Bony defect on the greater tubercle (on the modified axial view) in keeping with a Hill-Sachs lesion.

The typical appearances of anterior shoulder dislocation. In this case with a Hill-Sachs lesion that would merit further evaluation.
