Anterior shoulder dislocation

Moderate glenohumeral joint effusion is present. No dislocation.
Hill-Sachs lesion as a bony impression over the posterosuperior aspect of the humeral head is present.
Attenuated antero-inferior labrum also is seen as a Bankart lesion.
Case Discussion
This patient was referred with the history of shoulder pain after wrestling and imaging findings revealed features of a previous anterior shoulder dislocation.
