Anterior shoulder dislocation

Fall while playing sport. Unable to move shoulder.

Patient Data

Age: young adult
Gender: Male
X-ray

The humeral head is dislocated anteriorly and inferiorly with the anteroinferior margin of the glenoid, with some flattening of the corresponding part of the humerus. 

Case Discussion

Typical appearances of an anterior shoulder dislocation following a fall onto the left shoulder, with a likely Hill-Sachs lesion.
