Presentation
The patient had an injury to the right shoulder at their workplace with persistent right shoulder pain for an hour. Clinically painful deformity of the right shoulder with limited range of movement, and an unusual gap in the deltoid region, no open injury, neurological deficit or compromised circulation.

Case Discussion
When an anterior dislocation happens, the humeral head is pushed to the front of the joint. This is the most common shoulder dislocation, accounting for about 95% of cases.
