Anterior shoulder dislocation
Frontal
Humeral head is seen inferior to the coracoid process of the scapula, with loss of glenohumeral articulation related to anterior dislocation of the shoulder.
No associated fracture is seen.
Case Discussion
An anteroinferior shoulder dislocation is present without associated fracture.
