Presentation
H/O fall and anterior dislocation of shoulder. Reduction and check radiograph done. Referred for cuff status after 1 wk of immobilzation.

1st image - Sagittal view - Head of humerus is noted inferior to coracoid process of scapula.
2nd image - Axial view - Head of humerus is noted anterior to glenoid fossa.

After US findings of dislocation, repeat radiograph ( AP sitting ) was done.

Reduction was done and referred for check radiograph.
