Post enlocation x-ray demonstrates improved alignment of the shoulder with a large Hill-Sachs lesion.
Case Discussion
Hill-Sachs and Bankart lesions are common complications of anterior shoulder dislocation. The CT shows the how a Hill-Sachs lesion occurs, which is when the humeral head impacts on the glenoid.
