Anterior shoulder dislocation with Hill-Sachs lesion

Gender: Male

Left shoulder x-ray:

The left humeral head is dislocated anteroinferiorly. Flattening of the posterior humeral head suggests a Hill-Sachs lesion.

Post-reduction

Left shoulder x-ray:

Comparison made to the x-ray performed earlier today.

Previously antero-inferiorly dislocated left humeral head has been re enlocated. Hill-Sachs lesion present. No bony Bankart fracture identified.
