Age: 65 years old
Gender: Male

Anterior dislocation of the left humeral head. No fracture identified on this series.

Left humeral head is now enlocated. There is a large Hill-Sachs lesion.

Hill-Sachs lesions, like Bankart lesions, should be actively assessed for post shoulder dislocation.
