Age: 22 years
Gender: Male

The left humeral head is dislocated anteroinferiorly. Flattening of the posterior humeral head suggests a Hill-Sachs lesion.

Post-reduction

x-ray

Comparison made to the x-ray performed earlier today.

Previously antero-inferiorly dislocated left humeral head has been re-enlocated. Hill-Sachs lesion present. No bony Bankart fracture identified.
