Sagittal T2 Cervical spine
MRI of the whole spine revealed long segment T2 hyperintensity extending from T1-T7 level. The hyperintense foci are seen only in the anterior spinal cord. There is also evidence of other T2 hyperintense foci in anterior medulla. The findings are consistent with ischemic changes in the territory of the anterior spinal artery.
Case Discussion
The patient is an elderly female who showed ischemic changes in the anterior spinal artery territory.
