Anterior subluxation of the talus secondary to long-standing disruption of the ATFL. The remaining supporting ligaments of the lateral ankle joint and deltoid ligament are intact but mildly displaced.

Comment Anterior talar subluxation secondary to a long-standing ATFL tear.
