Ankle joint anterior recess effusion. Tibial avulsion of the anterior inferior tibiofibular ligament with a linear echogenic bone flake in its avulsed end. Anterior talofibular ligment, calcaneofibular ligament, deltoid ligament, and posterior inferior tibiofibular ligaments are intact.
