Anterior urethral stricture

Diagnosis almost certain

Presentation

Dysuria, frequency, hesitancy and decreased caliber of urination.

Patient Data

Age: 55 years
Gender: Male
Fluoroscopy

RUG shows long segment marked stenosis at the distal of the bulbar urethra and penile urethra with beaded appearance, likely sequelae of urethritis.

Stenosis with beading appearance also is seen at the proximal of bulbar urethra.

Membranous and prostatic urethra appears normal. 

Contrast is seen entering the urinary bladder.

Regarding the imaging findings, the anterior urethral stricture is diagnosed.
