Unable to move right shoulder with numbness and pain of the right hand, upon waking from a disturbing nightmare

Patient Data

Age: 30
Gender: Male

Antero-inferior displacement of the right humeral head with loss of normal semilunar appearance (half overlap) between humeral head and the glenoid.

Humeral head in the glenoid fossa with normal semilunar appearance between re-located humeral head and the glenoid. No bony injury.

Case Discussion

The patient has a history of recurrent shoulder dislocation.

The dislocated humeral head was relocated under anesthesia.
