Anteverted retroflexed uterus is seen.
There is a small (1.6 x 1.8 cm) fibroid in the uterine fundus and another in the anterior wall.
Note is made for disc dehydration and diffuse bulge at L5/SI level.
Case Discussion
As the exam is obtained for the lumbar spine, hence other sequences/planes from the pelvis are not present.
