Status-post right rotator cuff surgery, followed by infection.

From the case:
Antibiotic spacer (right shoulder)
Frontal

There is a temporary right shoulder antibiotic spacer. Previous right rotator cuff surgery complicated by infection. This surgery is done prior to interval shoulder arthroplasty.
There is a left PICC line catheter.
Case Discussion
There is a cement impregnated antibiotic spacer. This is most likely used for infected joint temporarily prior to joint replacement a few weeks later.
