A left maxillary polyp is seen extending to the nasopharynx through the sinus ostium and posterior choana, compatible with an antrochoanal polyp.

Case Discussion

An antrochoanal polyp is, by definition, a maxillary polyp that passes though the maxillary antrum (ostium) and through the choana.
