Follow-up for chronic rhinosinusitis.

Patient Data

Age: 20 years
Gender: Female

Left maxillary polyp exiting antrum, running posteriorly through middle nasal meatus, and entering nasopharynx through choana.

Case Discussion

An antrochoanal polyp is, by definition, a maxillary polyp that passes though the maxillary antrum (ostium) and through the choana.
