A hypodense lesion is seen partially filling the right maxillary antrum, extending into the right nasal fossa and further posteriorly into the nasopharynx.
Case Discussion
Antrochoanal polyp is a benign condition, in which there is a mass like lesion partially fills the maxillary antral cavity and extends through the sinus ostium into the choana and then into the nasopharyngeal airway.
