Right nasal obstruction.

Patient Data

Age: 35 years
Gender: Male

Well-defined polypoid mass arising from the right maxillary sinus, extending into the nasopharynx through an enlarged maxillary ostium. No associated bony destruction is seen.

Deviated nasal septum to the right..
