Presentation

Pre-op CXR.

Patient Data

Age: 70 years
Gender: Female

Right-sided PICC in situ with tip projected within the SVC. The known large fusiform descending thoracic aortic aneurysm is again seen. Vascular calcification of the aortic arch is noted. The lungs and pleural spaces are clear. Cardiothoracic ratio is normal.

Pre TEVAR CT

Large bilobed fusiform descending thoracic aortic aneurysm. No evidence of rupture or dissection. Mural thrombus present through the abdominal aorta with multiple calcified atheromatous plaques.
